Key Responsibilities- Manage the customer database, ensuring effective targeting and protection of our deliverability reputation.
- Deploy and manage email campaigns, including standard sends, automated sends, and trigger sends.
- Understand the customer lifecycle and implement test and learn strategies to optimize communications across all channels.
- Define and implement segmented and promotional email communication plans, including lifecycle programs and behavioral targeting.
- Implement measures to reactivate lapsed and dormant customers and recommend plans for divesting old data.
- Work with the multichannel, buying, and merchandising teams to plan promotional email campaigns promoting key product areas and brands.
- Continuously analyze and measure email performance and benchmark against competitors and other leading retailers for best practices.
- Analyze and report site and content performance, recommending improvements and developments.
- Develop a full email testing plan to test email content, subject lines, send times, and other tests.
- Experience of CRM programs is essential.
- University graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and a good multi-tasker are essential.
- B2/C1 English.
