Salesforce Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Omega CRM, you will be responsible for providing support in pre-sales tasks, including solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions. You will share the client's vision, objectives, and expectations with the project team and assign and supervise team tasks, managing assignments, vacations, and absences during the project.
You will manage project progress to ensure deadlines, scope, and budget are met, facilitate change requests, and provide visibility of project progress to the client and Customer Success Manager (CSM). You will lead follow-up meetings and steering committees, alert operations management of potential deviations, and establish communication and risk mitigation plans.
You will monitor all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards, and lead project demos for the client. You will also lead the resolution of issues arising from project implementation, lead the relationship and pursue customer satisfaction regarding the project, and ensure project objectives are met.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience in PM roles and 3 years participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes. You should have experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.) and a medium to high level of English.
