Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and close projects within the services sector, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget optimization.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage resources, monitor project progress, and enforce adherence to standards and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project plans, facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, allocating and managing resources effectively.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards, conducting regular project reviews and audits.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the services sector.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
