Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Rademade. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form and lead a high-performing team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in the presale process to understand customer needs and develop project proposals.
  • Analyze business needs and suggest suitable solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Present project plans and progress to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project or Product Manager and Business Analyst.
  • Experience working on projects with a team of at least 7 members and managing multiple small projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Fluent English or upper-intermediate level.
