Se busca un profesional con experiencia en la atención al cliente y la gestión de vinos en un entorno de hotel de lujo. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida formación en vinos y una excelente capacidad para comunicarse con los huéspedes.
Responsabilidades
- Atender a los huéspedes con profesionalismo y respeto.
- Recomendar vinos y productos relacionados con la experiencia del huésped.
- Garantizar la calidad y la presentación de los vinos y productos.
- Trabajar en equipo con otros miembros del personal del hotel para brindar una experiencia de lujo a los huéspedes.
- Participar en la capacitación y la actualización continua en vinos y servicios de vinos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en la atención al cliente y la gestión de vinos en un entorno de hotel de lujo.
- Formación en vinos y conocimientos actualizados sobre los vinos y productos relacionados.
- Capacidad para comunicarse con los huéspedes de manera efectiva y respetuosa.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros miembros del personal del hotel.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos variables y fines de semana.
