You will work closely with our development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, develop and maintain documentation, and participate in product training programs.

">The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Dow Jones offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and education assistance.
