About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to our global customers and sales organization. You will work closely with our development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, develop and maintain documentation, and participate in product training programs.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Dow Jones offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and education assistance.
