Main Responsibilities:- Manage and organize all activities related to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Employee Engagement.
- Partner with line managers and heads of departments to identify key people, business and organization challenges opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
- Lead and support Local and Corporate Projects across various Talent and broader PC areas for the Iberian markets.
- Ensure that recruitment efforts in the Iberia markets align with both current and future business needs, and manage external recruitment processes when necessary.
- Maximize employee potential through exceptional Talent Management practices, including leadership and development programs, performance appraisal, and talent review.
- Implement global and local strategies to enhance brand awareness and establish JTI as a leading employer in Iberia.
- Act in accordance with Our Way values and promote them in the business culture, collaborating closely with the global LD team to leverage opportunities for the growth and development of Iberia talent.
- University Degree; a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is highly valued.
- 5+ years of solid experience in a related field, preferably within an international company.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Business travel required inside the Iberian Cluster as per business needs.
