Job Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager to contribute to ecommerce channel growth and support its development both internally and externally. You will build and establish capabilities and skills that will accelerate growth, achieving superior turnover, market share, and margin within this channel.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support key customer relationships, managing collaboration and regular touchpoints to ensure alignment with customer priorities and internal objectives.
- Support the creation of annual sales growth plans, aligning them with business targets and market share growth goals, ensuring accountability and tracking progress with customers.
- Oversee the implementation of the promotion and media plan on retailer websites, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain consistency and brand alignment.
- Manage campaign execution and creative development in partnership with Marketing and eCCD teams, ensuring timely and impactful launches.
- Manage the production workflow of visual materials, working closely with U-Studio and ensuring content quality and timeliness on customer websites.
- Supervise cross-functional collaboration to meet customer-specific requirements and optimize the visibility of promotional assets.
- Lead the continuous analysis of sales results, including monthly sales reports, cash-up reviews, and key driver analysis to provide actionable insights and strategy adjustments.
- Manage the communication of analytical insights to relevant stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making across the team.
- Oversee the analysis of campaign return on ad spend (ROAS) across platforms, such as Criteo and media agencies.
- Develop regular reporting frameworks and ensure insights are leveraged to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Take ownership of advertising and promotions budget control, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and alignment with overall financial goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership and collaboration skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in ecommerce and marketing. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in a similar role are required. Additionally, you should have expertise in data analysis and reporting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary includes a base salary, benefits, and a bonus structure that rewards individual and team performance.
