About the Role:
The Customer Care Department at Back Market is dedicated to providing an exceptional user experience for our customers. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our refurbished electronics.
Your mission will be to provide quick and clear information to customers on complex issues through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and live chat. You will also be responsible for coaching and advising outsourced agents, testing new customer-related solutions, and participating in transversal projects with other teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and have a hands-on attitude. Previous experience in e-commerce and social media is a plus, but not required.
