**Job Summary**:

As a Payroll Assistant at Td Synnex, you will play a vital role in supporting the Payroll and Administration department in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records in HR systems, managing time-off schedules, and assisting the payroll specialist with administrative tasks such as preparing letters and certificates, contracts, and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Maintain and update employee records in various HR systems.
  • Assist with payroll administration tasks, including preparing letters and certificates, contracts, and reports.
  • Prepare documentation for new hires, including contracts and policies.
  • Manage Security Social records, including additions, deletions, and changes.
  • Process liquidations and provide relevant information, such as remaining vacation days.
  • Manage and update the time-off schedule tool.
  • Support the coordination of suppliers and the verification of invoices for Flex Salary management.

**Requirements**:

  • Degree in Labor Relations or Administrative Professions (desirable).
  • Knowledge of PC and experience with MS Office applications.
  • Desirable knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Desirable level of English (medium).
