Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business at the Data Center Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Growing & Developing the Partner Community
- Hunt for new partnerships to expand our reach in the market.
- Proactively engage with potential new and established partners to grow sales for assigned vendors and technologies.
- Rebuild underpenetrated and neglected partner relationships to drive business growth.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the partner community to stay ahead of the competition.
- Demand Generation
- Drive sales growth through building new partner relationships and leveraging Arrow and vendor programs.
- Focus on calling and engaging with new partners to grow our business within the Business Unit.
- Leverage promotions and campaigns to progress transactions through the sales cycle.
- Sign on new partners to the Arrow network to expand our reach.
- Partner Support
- Manage vendor special pricing programs, including submissions for pricing requests and tracking approvals.
- Develop expertise in the partner community concerning vendor products, solutions, campaigns, and channel programs.
- Process quotes for specified customers and quote revisions for mass price changes, program changes, or part changes.
- Prepare orders from quote work for submission based on receipt of customers' purchase orders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organization and creativity skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Public speaking and/or presentation skills.
- Ability to create positive impressions with customers, business partners, and staff.
- Native or proficient Spanish speaker and good level of English.
