Job Summary: Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with assigned Cybersecurity vendors, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendor within Arrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, including Distribution and Channel Managers, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Sales Strategy: Own, develop, and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Coordinate forecasting and pipeline process for assigned vendors to ensure accurate sales projections and pipeline management.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals, including sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services, to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within business development IT Security environment.
- Cybersecurity Channel Knowledge: Strong experience in the Cybersecurity channel and knowledge of key players.
- Strategic Relationships: Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: Experience in product demos, commercial presentations, and ability to show added value.
- Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with people at all levels, including vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and native Spanish.
