**Your Mission: Key Responsibilities**
We seek a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless systems, processes, and workflows
- Optimizing sales team performance through KPI tracking, goal-setting, and feedback
- Developing scalable onboarding, training, and management processes for sales reps
- Collaborating with leadership to align operational strategies with growth objectives
- Evaluating and improving cross-departmental coordination (Sales, HR, IT) to support operational success
- Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
- Managing budgets to utilize resources cost-effectively
- Handling recruitment, team management, and HR tasks for the operations team
**Your Toolbox: Essential Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll require:
- Proven experience as an Operations Director, particularly within a sales-focused company
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and operational management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- The capacity to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A proven track record of remote work experience is a plus
