Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Director to lead our global services delivery to top-tier clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our service delivery department, setting strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with our company's broader objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the service delivery department and develop strategic goals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key client engagements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee a geographically dispersed team of service agents and foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and team cohesion.
  • Ensure that all service delivery activities are executed within agreed timelines and standards.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and SLAs and make adjustments as necessary to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in a leadership role within a technology or digital services company.
  • Proven track record of managing international teams and complex customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across different levels of an organization.
