In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to drive sustainable growth and adoption of SAP BTP services.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with customers to understand their technical needs and develop tailored activation plans to drive SAP BTP consumption growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account teams, Product Management, and Support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance to achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BTP innovations and technologies, and effectively communicate these to customers and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world.
- Professional knowledge of cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
