We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Expert to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Global Program Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and lead high-quality improvement projects across the organization, focusing on process excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma strategy, objectives, and targets across the organization, collaborating with business units and functional experts.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance on methods, tools, and templates to drive Continuous Improvement projects.
- Partner with management teams and functional experts to understand their organization's vision, objectives, and challenges.
- Sustain and improve CI processes, tools, and training on various methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, and 8D.
- Drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, tools, and improvements achieved through the application of CI methodologies.
- L6S BB certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching and leading CI projects across multiple locations.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.
- Proven experience in leading and developing global programs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- A university degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a plus.
