About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Team Leader to join our Service Center team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our After-Sales Service team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring a strong culture of safety and quality within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new improvement projects to achieve excellence in customer service
  • Manage and develop the team's capabilities to support the overall After-Sales Service strategy
  • Develop, motivate, and train the team to ensure continuous improvement and process deployment
  • Monitor existing systems, challenge them, and develop new ones to achieve full process standardization
  • Specialize and optimize the use of resources to increase productivity and competitiveness
Requirements
  • Technical education in engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering)
  • Training in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader
  • Skills in calculations and blueprint interpretation
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
