Senior Continuous Improvement Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to join our EU HBU Quality and Continuous Improvement leadership team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation.
About the RoleAs a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of business processes, product quality & reliability, and internal capability development and deployment of improvement methodologies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the GI business performance improvement strategy and support operational excellence activities across the business leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Coach on continuously improvement principles and practices, role modelling these attributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through the execution of projects.
- Act as a CI Subject Matter Expert, providing help and guidance on methods, tools, and templates to drive improvement projects in the areas of defect reduction, productivity, and Operational Excellence.
- Partner with leadership and functional experts to understand and support delivery of their organization's vision, objectives, and challenges.
- Drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, tools, and improvements achieved through application of CI methodologies.
- Senior experience in continuous improvement and/or Quality engineering with significant time working at a leadership level, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.
- Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L6S BB) with several years of hands-on experience in coaching and leading high-value and complex CI projects.
- Proven experience in leading and developing global programs & in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile project management, Automation, and Digitization and Business process management an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a plus.
