Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement (CI) professional to join our EU HBU Quality and Continuous Improvement leadership team.

As a senior leader of continuous improvement, you will support the GI global business by coaching and leading quality and performance related improvement projects.

Reporting to the EU Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement, you will contribute to the development and optimization of business processes, product quality reliability, as well as internal capability development and deployment of improvement methodologies across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the GI business performance improvement strategy and support operational excellence activities across the business leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies including Quality Tools, Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
  • Coach on continuous improvement principles and practices, role modeling these attributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through the execution of projects.
  • Act as a CI Subject Matter Expert, providing help and guidance on methods, tools, and templates to drive improvement projects in the areas of defect reduction, productivity, and Operational Excellence.
  • Partner with leadership and functional experts to understand and support delivery of their organization's vision, objectives, and challenges.
  • Drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, tools, and improvements achieved through application of CI methodologies.

Your Background:

We are looking for a candidate with senior experience in continuous improvement and/or Quality engineering with significant time working at a leadership level, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.

Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L6S BB) with several years of hands-on experience in coaching and leading high value and complex CI projects.

Proven experience in leading and developing global programs in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience in Agile project management, Automation and Digitization, and Business process management is an advantage.

Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.

Other languages are considered a plus.
