Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective collaboration with external vendors and consultants.
- Oversee system administration tasks such as hardware/software deployment, network upgrades, and security policy implementation.
- Forecast, plan, and execute the acquisition of new hardware, software, and other IT assets.
Help Desk
- Conduct Tier 2 and Tier 3 local administrative support to user workstations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Provide guidance to Tier 1 support staff as needed.
System & Network Administration
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune, ensuring compliance with security protocols and company policies.
- Monitor the performance of network infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of users, managing user profiles, access controls, and device configurations (Windows and mobile).
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Develop and implement security strategies, ensuring company-wide adherence to internal and external cybersecurity policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews of system vulnerabilities and work with external teams to improve overall security posture.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of projects, user requests, troubleshooting, and solutions, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
- Provide reports on system performance, project progress, and security compliance to senior management.
