Job Description

As a Project Manager for Retail Solutions, you will be part of our Project Management department, responsible for delivering customer projects on time, within budget, and scope. Your main responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  • To work closely with Sales teams during the pre-sales phase to define customer needs and showcase our solutions' value.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • To gather, lead, and federate project teams (both internal and external) to prepare a key-account roll out.
  • To coordinate the different steps of the process and ensure the timing of deliveries and their quality.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Engineering degree (IT specialization is a plus).
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of project management.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Professional background within the retail industry would be appreciated.
  • Languages: fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
