**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering customer projects on time, within budget, and to the required scope.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Sales teams to define customer needs and showcase our solutions' value.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Gather, lead, and federate project teams (both internal and external) to prepare a key-account roll out.
- Coordinate the different steps of the process and ensure the timing of deliveries and their quality.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Engineering degree (IT specialization is a plus).
- Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of project management.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Professional background within the retail industry would be appreciated.
- Languages: fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
