About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent in the market.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer extension, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop job descriptions that align with company goals.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles and meeting recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
