Shape the Future of Fragrances

As a Marketing Manager with dsm-firmenich, you will play a key role in shaping the future of fragrances for consumer brands in Spain. With a strong focus on strategic thinking, you will connect market trends and brand strategies with our value proposal to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, and feed the team with insights on new business opportunities or potential white spaces.
  • Stay up-to-date on the strategic local players, brands, clients portfolios, and novelties for the country to identify rising stars.
  • Contribute to and understand the Regional Consumer Brands European strategy to execute it locally through proactive initiatives relevant for the market.
  • Design material for defined European proactive initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations tailored to client needs using our value proposal.
  • Monitor local product & fragrance databases to feed our tools.
  • Identify new clients to target in the Spanish market and facilitate business development.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry with close interactions with perfume houses.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make complex information understandable and actionable.
  • Good leadership and drive skills.
  • Structured and strategic thinking.
  • Engaged, can-do attitude and proactive spirit.
  • Teamwork-oriented with fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.
