About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Consumer Fragrances department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, and identify new business opportunities and potential white spaces.
  • Stay up-to-date with strategic local players, brands, and clients' portfolios, and novelties for the country to identify rising stars.
  • Contribute to the development of the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy and execute it locally through the deployment of proactive initiatives.
  • Design and deliver impactful presentations to respond to briefs using the right value proposal customized for clients.
  • Monitor local product and fragrance databases to feed dsm-firmenich tools and identify new clients to pursue in the Spanish market.

Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Good leadership and drive skills, with a structured and strategic thinking approach.
