Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive demand, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a small team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to acquire, nurture, and convert high-quality leads
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, develop nurturing strategies, and provide sales enablement tools and resources
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive inbound and outbound lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with the SEO and SEM team to enhance online visibility through organic and paid search strategies
  • Produce engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and email sequences that resonate with target audiences
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Possess a passion for travel and marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  • A creative and strategic mindset
