We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our Sales Team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of marketing professionals and foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy focused on acquiring, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, develop nurturing strategies, and provide necessary sales enablement tools and resources to optimise conversion rates.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
  • Work with our SEO and SEM team/providers to run initiatives to enhance online visibility through organic and paid search strategies.
  • Help to produce engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and email sequences that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms. Regularly report on key metrics, ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • A passion for travel and marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • A creative and strategic mindset.
