About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the consumer fragrances market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends to identify new business opportunities and potential white spaces.
  • Stay up-to-date with dsm-firmenich's value proposal and existing material to maximize client engagement and business opportunities creation.
  • Contribute to and understand the Regional Consumer Brands European strategy to execute it locally through the deployment of relevant proactive initiatives.
  • Design and deliver impactful presentations to respond to briefs using the right dsm-firmenich value proposal customized for clients.
  • Monitor local product & fragrance databases to feed dsm-firmenich tools.
  • Identify new clients to target in the Spanish market and open doors for business development.
Requirements
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing in the F&F industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry with close interactions with perfume houses.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable.
  • Good leadership and drive skills.
  • Structured and strategic thinking.
  • Engaged, can-do attitude, and proactive spirit.
  • Teamwork-oriented with fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.
  • Agile and adaptable to consumer needs.
