**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Technical Application Manager to join our Corporate IT team. As a Technical Application Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and growth of our technical applications on a corporate, division, and local level.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the point of contact within the IT team regarding technical applications and liaison between key users and 3rd party service providers.
  • Analyze requirements and change requests from the business and assist in defining priorities.
  • Provide proactive advice on how to fully utilize application functionalities and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure key users of the application are informed of correct operation and document as much as possible.
  • Participate in analysis, implementation, and delivery of new applications with the Business Application Manager and IT Project Manager.
  • Manage day-to-day support (incidents, change requests, problems) to ensure fast, efficient, and customer-focused service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and insights.
  • Closely work with cross-departmental key-users in the business and other Application Owners in the Business Solutions team.
