Your Role

As a Technical Project Manager for Platform Technologies at PharmaLex, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of both client and internal projects. Your key objectives will include driving the project team, ensuring effective communication and follow-through from all stakeholders, and managing regular project updates.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, adapt, and gain agreement on project plans, ensuring transparent maintenance and management of open action items across all participants.
  • Coordinate and direct the involvement and communication of relevant individuals across the internal organization and the client to ensure ultimate project success.
  • Be accountable for translating client and internal business requirements and needs into suitable service and technical solutions.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within established scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop, review, adapt, and improve processes related to the service and/or project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry in a Technical Project Manager (PM) role. You should be willing to get involved in the details and drive projects through to a successful completion.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience working with life science technology solutions, preferably with safety reporting and safety database applications, in GxP governed environments and environments controlled by Information Security Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of computerised software validation (CSV), including GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Strong, assertive communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse business and technical audience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and keen analytical skills.
  • Ability to work enthusiastically and collaboratively as part of a cohesive group and independently as needed.
  • Proactive approach to ensuring continuous improvement and growth for oneself, the Platform Technologies Team, and the PharmaLex organization.
