Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Performance and Transformation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring IT systems across our office and production networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for user incidents related to infrastructure
  • Analyze and diagnose system issues, both locally and remotely
  • Implement vulnerability management and Windows updates, primarily on servers
  • Develop basic scripts for automation and monitoring of Windows and Linux systems
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with backup and data recovery procedures
  • Generate reports on KPIs associated with tickets, vulnerabilities, and viruses
  • Participate in IT projects, both locally and remotely, and assist with designing local IT solutions according to company standards
  • Support the preparation of the PCI-CP security audit and assist the CISO during the logical audit session

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Windows Server and network infrastructure
  • Excellent proficiency in Windows Server administration and medium-level knowledge of Linux
  • Medium-level knowledge of networking, including IPSec, Proxy, VLANs, internet networking protocols, router configuration, Wi-Fi, DLSA, and fiber
  • Medium-level knowledge of security applied to networking
  • Basic-level knowledge of firewall rule management and VPN management
  • Basic-level knowledge of databases, including MySQL and MariaDB
  • Medium-level knowledge of ESX/Vcenter and Skybox
  • Medium-level knowledge of Windows PowerShell
  • Knowledge of hardware, including servers, routers, switches, controller cards, and installation, setup, and maintenance
