Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Hemmersbach. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and authorized desktop software/applications
  • Support and maintain End User Workspace Hardware, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices, and Video and Conferencing Equipment
  • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on devices and software
  • Provide onsite hand and eye support to our customers' SMEs for install, upgrade, support, and troubleshooting of devices in Network and Compute environment
  • Assist users with logged IT related incidents and take ownership of issues to implement temporary or permanent fixes
  • Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system
