WorldITFinder, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure in our customers' laboratories, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with their existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT technologies, including network, databases, middleware, interfaces, and applications. Experience in the IVD space and knowledge of Salesforce and SAP are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate our solutions with customer IT infrastructure, including auditing existing systems and consulting with customers and our sales organization on solution design.
  • Install and configure our solution software on physical or virtual infrastructure, connecting our instruments and software with each other and with the customer's Laboratory Information Systems.
  • Validate and qualify the data flow between all components, documenting the architecture and reporting on the installation project.
  • Support customers post-deployment, installing our remote service solution, diagnosing and repairing systems remotely or on site, and acting as a customer focal point for IT & integration problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • IT Bachelor or Master in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in Information Technology, with a strong background in IT technologies and concepts.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), with the ability to exchange in German with customers in Germany.
