Job Summary:We are looking for a talented IT Specialist to play a key role in improving our overall offer for our customers. As a Field IT Specialist, you will be responsible for building the foundations of a healthy and robust IT infrastructure in our customers' laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:- Integrate our solutions with customer IT infrastructure, including auditing existing infrastructure, consulting with customers and our sales organization, installing and configuring our solution software, and validating and qualifying data flow.
- Support customers post-deployment, including installing remote service solutions, diagnosing and repairing systems remotely or on site, and maintaining close contact with our Level 2 service organization.
- IT Bachelor or Master in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in Information Technology, with background in IT technologies and concepts, including network, databases, middleware, interfaces, and applications.
- Master network basics and platform configuration, with experience in Windows OS installation and maintenance and in Virtual Machines.
- Experience in the IVD Space and knowledge of Salesforce and SAP are a plus.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), with ability to exchange in German with customers in Germany.
