WorldITFinder, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to build and maintain our customers' IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with their existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Integrate our solutions with customer IT infrastructure, including auditing, consulting, and installing software and hardware.
- Support customers post-deployment, including remote service solution installation, system diagnosis, and repair.
- Act as a customer focal point for IT and integration problem resolution, maintaining close contact with our Level 2 service organization.
- Roll-out upgrades in coordination with our customers.
- IT Bachelor or Master in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Information Technology, with background in IT technologies and concepts.
- Master network basics and platform configuration, with experience in Windows OS installation and maintenance, and Virtual Machines.
- Experience in the IVD Space and knowledge of Salesforce and SAP are a plus.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), with ability to exchange in German with customers in Germany.
