Researcher - Compliance Due Diligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Researcher to join our Compliance Due Diligence team at Control Risks. As a Researcher, you will play a critical role in assessing our clients' actual or potential counterparties, identifying reputational and criminal issues, and uncovering ultimate beneficial ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Media and Database Research: Conduct in-depth research using complex search criteria and following a strict methodology to identify relevant information.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze search results within the context of the project and the country, distil conclusions, and identify indirect connections from research findings.
- Report Writing: Draft comprehensive reports that summarize research findings and provide actionable insights.
- Research Expertise: Proven experience and proficiency in various research techniques, databases, networks, online registers, and archives, as well as general internet research.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Polish language (mandatory) and fluency in an additional European language (preferred).
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications or similar software.
- Soft Skills: Keen attention to detail, able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and capable of summarizing vast amounts of information in a clear and concise manner.
