About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Due Diligence Specialist to join our team at TA Europe. As a key member of our Transactions team, you will be responsible for leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams to deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring services for property or portfolio transactions.
  • Consultant Coordination: Coordinate internal and external consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services and harmonization of CapEx tables and benchmarks.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver a range of building surveying services, including technical due diligence and project monitoring, to meet client needs.
  • Business Development: Support end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs and building a relevant network in the property industry.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of practical building surveying/consultancy experience in Real Estate.
  • Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices.
  • High level of self-motivation, good communication skills, and assertiveness.
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English. Knowledge of the German language would be an advantage but not mandatory.
