About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Due Diligence Consultant to join our team at TA Europe. As a key member of our Transactions team, you will be responsible for leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of internal and external consultants and harmonisation of CapEx tables and benchmarks
  • Delivering a range of building surveying services including technical due diligence and project monitoring
  • Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future
  • Support with end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs
  • Independently building and maintaining a relevant network in the property industry
