Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Due Diligence Consultant to join our team at TA Europe. As a key member of our Transactions team, you will be responsible for leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring services
  • Coordinating internal and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent service and support
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement business development strategies and opportunities

Requirements

  • Successful completion of studies in civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or comparable technical training
  • 2+ years of practical building surveying/consultancy experience in Real Estate
  • Experience working with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
  • High level of self-motivation, good communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, with knowledge of German an advantage
