Executive Sales Director for Life Sciences

Our global support enables clients to develop, transform, and manage their products' life cycles, offering premium quality consulting services that benefit patients worldwide.
We are expanding our services in Spain and seeking an Executive Sales Director with a proven track record to join our Spanish commercial team. If you have a network in the life science industry, can build strong relationships with key decision makers, and have experience selling high-value expert services and projects, this position might be a good fit.
**Key Responsibilities**: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets in Spain. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers in the region. Build client relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders to secure long-term consulting positions and sell project-based services. Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets. Manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring accurate follow-up in the CRM system. Expand your professional network by participating in industry associations and building internal connections within the organization.
**Requirements**: A master's degree in a scientific field, combined with at least 10-15 years of commercial experience. You must have a proven track record in developing customer contacts and possess excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; French is a plus. Your passion for the medical device/pharma/biotech world will enable you to discuss technical aspects effectively. Self-confidence, active listening, and the ability to influence others both internally and externally are essential. Experience with various tools and systems, as well as accurate CRM management, is also required.
