Role Overview
Parkside School seeks an experienced Education Director to lead our academic vision. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving student success and fostering a culture of excellence.

About the Role
The Education Director will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of education across the school, working closely with teachers and staff to drive student progress and achievement. This includes developing and implementing curriculum plans, monitoring student performance, and providing coaching and support to ensure all students reach their full potential.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A Master's degree in Education or related field
* Proven experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal in a large school setting (over 800 students)
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike
* Experience with online learning platforms and educational technology
* Financial acumen, with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning

The Education Director will play a key role in shaping Parkside School's academic vision and strategy, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement plans that drive student success and growth. This includes:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver high-quality curriculum plans
* Monitoring student progress and achievement, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions
* Fostering a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging staff and students to think outside the box and explore new ideas
