Job Title: Business Development Representative Mfg

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Italian territory. Your main tools will be market intelligence provided by Autodesk, social media, marketing campaigns, and your ability to search and find new projects within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a queue of leads through a process to become sales accepted leads in the Italian region
  • Build and nurture a strategic relationship with +100 accounts in the Manufacturing industry
  • Identify top leads and be the first contact with potential customers
  • Listen to our prospects' needs and wants, and determine if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, support, operations, and product to streamline application and process efficiency
  • Follow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practices

Requirements:

  • Corporate work experience, prior inside/software sales experience, willing to improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching and self-learning
  • Passion to develop yourself and make your way up the Autodesk ladder
  • Fluent in Italian and English

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary transparency. Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
