Job Title: IT Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's network and LAN hardware components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify receiving and storage procedures daily to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist in performing hardware and software evaluation tests to determine the best installation or upgrade schedule.
  • Administer, maintain, and provide network level support for Hotel, Bar, and Restaurant.
  • Perform fault isolation, problem determination, and problem resolution of standard set network and server problems.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining process server and related network functions.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to SLS's unique culture.
  • Humble and open to ideas, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that works hard and supports each other.
