Combustion Applications Specialist

At Air Products, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Combustion Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and driving the sales of our applications technology and supporting our growth of the merchant business across all Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new prospects and develop and present proposals to secure larger 3G supplies of oxygen/nitrogen/argon/hydrogen same as liquid gases sales contracts.
- Provide process expertise and technology differentiation to onsite bid teams.
- Manage existing partnerships and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Provide sales, marketing, and process input for new developments.
- Support and train country sales teams as needed.
- Represent AP at conferences/exhibitions/seminars.
- Relevant degree (typically engineering-based).
- 5 years Business Area/marketing experience within Air Products or a related industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven commercial and negotiation skills to provide the required level of direction and input to Customers, other Sales Teams (from packaged to tonnage gases) and the Engineering/Operations Organization.
- Leadership skills necessary to provide commercial direction.
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the company.
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple demands and commitments.
- A sound grasp of cash flow analysis and related financial tools.
