The Role
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our growth in the market. Your primary objectives include identifying key growth areas, developing initial relationships, and securing early deals. You will also play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through targeted business development efforts, solidifying relationships with key accounts and partners.
By the 6th month, you will have achieved a robust pipeline of business opportunities and a growing portfolio of satisfied clients. Based on early market feedback, you will lead efforts to refine and optimize the sales process, driving towards a more efficient and scalable growth model.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Your toolkit should include:
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record in the SaaS or tech industry
• Exceptional strategic thinking to craft and execute sales strategies that penetrate the market and drive revenue growth
• Proven leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and work collaboratively across departments to achieve sales targets
• A deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends, with a knack for building relationships and closing deals
• Agility and adaptability to respond to market feedback and changing conditions
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, based on comparable roles in the region.
