Senior Compensation Analyst

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Bunge, you will design and implement compensation programs and salary structures that align with our business goals and industry benchmarks. This includes reviewing and supporting existing programs, as well as developing new ones to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the competitiveness of salary ranges and pay practices. This will help us stay ahead of the curve and make informed decisions about our compensation strategies.
Job Evaluations / Job Leveling:
Evaluate and classify jobs within our Bunge Job Architecture based on duties, responsibilities, and qualifications. This will ensure that our compensation programs are fair and equitable for all employees.
Data Analysis:
Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters. This will help us make data-driven decisions and drive business results.
Salary Planning:
Assist with annual compensation planning and forecasting, including merit increases, salary adjustments, and incentive plan reviews. This will help us stay competitive and attract top talent.
Compliance:
Ensure that our compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. This will help us avoid any potential risks and ensure that we are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Advisory Role:
Provide guidance to HR business partners and leaders regarding compensation-related decisions and policies. This will help us make informed decisions and drive business results.
Compensation Reporting:
Generate compensation-related reports, metrics, and dashboards for use by HR and senior leadership. This will help us track our progress and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management:
Lead or support compensation-related projects, including pay equity analysis, incentive programs, and market trend assessments. This will help us stay ahead of the curve and drive business results.
Incentive Plan Support:
Assist in the design and administration of short- and long-term incentive programs to reward performance and drive business results. This will help us attract and retain top talent and drive business results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
+5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
Certifications:
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (such as SAP, Workday, or PeopleSoft). Experience with compensation software and tools.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of compensation theory, market benchmarking, and legal regulations related to compensation (Europe and Asia preferred).
Other skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other HR teams, managers, and senior leadership. Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven recommendations. Solid understanding of labor market trends and economic factors that influence compensation.
