We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Digital Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our innovative HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in sales and business development to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of successful sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
