About the Role:

As a Public Relations Manager at Topdon Europe Sl, you will play a key role in shaping the company's brand strategies and marketing activities. With a strong background in sales, customer service, and telemarketing, you will be responsible for initiating, formulating, and recommending long-term brand strategies, yearly brand planning, and marketing activity sets for assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective brand strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy LDC processes and data based on user needs.
  • Manage sample requests for clients, register them in the system, and follow up with the sales team.
  • Support experienced product managers in increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer and service attitude, with high flexibility to adapt to various customer types.

Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PR jobs or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer experience services.
