As a Public Relations Manager at AirHelp, you will be at the forefront of shaping our narrative and communicating our message effectively to the world. You will be responsible for crafting compelling press materials, assisting in managing relationships with mass media, and ensuring our spokespeople are well-prepared for media interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit press releases to communicate key messages and announcements.
  • Create and identify stories and campaigns that highlight AirHelp's work and increase air passenger rights awareness.
  • Prepare briefing materials for our spokespeople to ensure they are well-equipped for media interactions and public speaking opportunities.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external PR agencies, coordinate activities, and provide direction as needed.
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as maintaining media lists, tracking coverage, and managing PR-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of media outlets and navigating complex media landscapes, securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists.
  • Ability to distill abstract concepts and data information into clear, concise, and engaging messages, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in PR, communications, or related fields, preferably across multiple European/American markets.
