Public Relations Manager

Are you a skilled communicator looking to shape the narrative of a leading international company? Do you have a passion for crafting compelling press materials and building relationships with media outlets? We're seeking a talented Public Relations Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Department at AirHelp.

As a Public Relations Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing our global media relations, crafting key messages, and ensuring our spokespeople are well-prepared to communicate our message effectively. You'll work closely with our Marketing Department, Data Team, and Legal Team to execute strategic communication initiatives and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.
  • Write and edit press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials to communicate key messages and announcements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Provide media training and coaching to our spokespeople to ensure they are well-prepared for media interactions and public speaking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional language (preferably German, Spanish).
  • Experience working with a diverse range of media outlets and navigating complex media landscapes to secure media coverage and build relationships with journalists.
  • Ability to distill abstract concepts and data information into clear, concise, and engaging messages, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in PR, communications, or related fields, preferably across multiple European/American markets.
